The Main Street Banners Project is is in honor of all local Veterans and Service Members. The Saxonburg VFW is the proud sponsor with the support of Cathy Wiltrout of The Sign+ Shop.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO BE HONORED WITH A BANNER?

Local Veterans or Service Members with Honorable Service

• Service in combat/foreign war is not required
• Local means lived at any time in and around the Knoch area school district 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The cost of a single banner (design, print and installation) is $200. This amount is not due until final confirmation of the details/photo, and will be invoiced at that time.

• Current and deceased members of the Saxonburg VFW may be eligible for a discount and that will be communicated during invoicing.
• Donate to help offset cost

HOW DO I SUBMIT? 

1. Complete this Google form to begin the request process for a Veteran/Service Banner.
2. You must submit a picture by uploading or emailing to VFW7376pics@gmail.com. Save the picture as "Last Name, First Name" -- if a common name, please add middle name
3. After submission, details will be reviewed and confirmed. The total cost for a banner is $200; a final invoice will be emailed.
4. The request will only be considered final once the invoice is paid.
5. The print and installation date is anticipated for October 2026. 

CAN I PRINT THIS FORM OUT AND COMPLETE IT? OR SHARE WITH OTHERS? 

Please help your friends complete the form online if possible. Online submission is strongly preferred because we anticipate a high volume of requests, however we will accept paper forms, photos strongly preferred to be emailed.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT?

• You will receive a copy of your responses to the email used to submit this form and you may update responses after submission to correct any errors.
• You will be contacted (by email) with any questions and final invoice. Responses may be delayed.
•  If you have not received any communication by October 1, 2026; please send a follow up email the VFW7376pics@gmail.com.
