HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The
cost of a single banner (design, print and installation) is $200. This
amount is not due until final confirmation of the details/photo, and
will be invoiced at that time.
- Current and deceased members of the
Saxonburg VFW may be eligible for a discount and that will be
communicated during invoicing.
HOW DO I SUBMIT?
- Complete this Google form to begin the request process for a Veteran/Service Banner.
- You must submit a picture by uploading or emailing to VFW7376pics@gmail.com. Save the picture as "Last Name, First Name" -- if a common name, please add middle name
- After submission, details will be reviewed and confirmed. The total cost for a banner is $200; a final invoice will be emailed.
- The request will only be considered final once the invoice is paid.
- The
print and installation date is to be announced, anticipated late spring
2026.
CAN I PRINT THIS FORM OUT AND COMPLETE IT? OR SHARE WITH OTHERS?
Online submission is strongly preferred because we anticipate a high volume of requests, however we will accept paper forms, photos strongly preferred to be emailed.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT?
- You
will receive a copy of your responses to the email used to submit this
form and you may update responses after submission to correct any
errors.
- You will be contacted (by email) with any questions and final
invoice. Responses may be delayed.
- If you have not received an invoice
within 21 days (3 weeks); please send a follow up email the VFW7376pics@gmail.com.
